Surroundify is a spatial audio player that runs on your own machine. This site presents it and explains how to install it, at http://localhost:3000. The software itself is distributed as the npm package @loicortola/surroundify.

4. The names claimed by the player
Surroundify can claim a name under apps.surroundify.co for the machine it runs on, so that phones will install it to a home screen. That subdomain is operated by the publisher, and it resolves to a private address on your own network: it is not a hosting service, nothing of yours is served from it, and it is unreachable from outside your home.
5. Intellectual property
The structure of this site, its texts, its illustrations and its code are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, whole or partial, without the publisher’s permission is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law — private copying, short quotation, review.
What you make with the player is yours. The rooms, layouts, mix profiles and audio you assemble with Surroundify remain your property: the publisher claims no right over them and has no access to them, because they never leave the machine you installed it on.
